FAIRFIELD, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today Staples.com, a leading e-marketplace for small business, launched a dramatic, customer-driven site redesign with the aid of Human Factors International, Inc. (HFI), experts in usability and ergonomic software design. The new Staples.com site provides small businesses with improved usability, time saving navigational tools and reduced clicks.
